The aim of our company is the introduction of modern technology for processing oil and equipping a new laboratory. The refinery was put into operation and so. organic gas treatment plants, the production of elemental sulfur and further refinement of output gases.

“Oil Refinery” j.s.c. Brod, after many years, re-launched production of oil derivatives on November 27, 2008. The refinery currently processes more than 100 000 tones per month using one processing plant. Investments are under way and work which should increase production capacities to mill tones per annum. In reconstruction of production capacities, special attention is paid to environment and fire protection.

Business activities of “OPTIMA Group” l.t.d. Banja Luka entail supply of raw materials for production of oil derivatives in the “Oil Refinery” in Brod and “Oil Refinery” in Modrica, processing of raw materials and placement of oil derivatives on Bosnian and international market.
The founder of “OPTIMA Group” l.t.d. company Banja Luka is the Russian company called NeftegazInKor with 100% stake in fixed assets of the company. Major owner of NeftegazInKor is Zarubezhneft Moscow which does business under the trademark of Nestro.
NeftegazInKor is majority owner of the company Petrol Banja Luka as well as the “Oil Refinery” in Brod and “Oil Refinery” in Modrica.
Under the trademark of Nestro the following companies are doing business:
“OPTIMA Group” l.t.d., Petrol, “Oil Refinery” j.s.c. Brod and “Oil Refinery Modrica” j.s.c. Modrica.
